With a strong background in project management and having been a Healthcare SaaS customer before, Dana brings a passion for creating efficiencies in workflow processes and project planning. She is leading the growth and support needs of both our customers and internal teams.
As Head of Customer Success for DoseSpot, Dana is responsible for support, software integration and implementation, and account management. Her enthusiasm for healthcare technology drives her innovative approach to building meaningful support solutions.
Prior to joining DoseSpot, Dana was the Director of Client Success for Bravado Health, where she was heavily focused on operational strategy for two different health-tech software products.
A self-proclaimed “foodie,” in the DFW area, she enjoys reading, traveling to new places, and practicing Jiu Jitsu in her free time.
