Kalpana Sachithanandham

Kalpana’s background is rooted in electrical and electronics engineering. She has always understood the inner workings of technology which led her to build a career in software.  As an accomplished developer for industry leaders like Dun & Bradstreet, Kalpana quickly made her way to a Lead Application Architect, working across industries in data analytics.

She identified her passion for healthcare while working at Beth Israel Hospital. While there, Kalpana designed and directed the development of multiple administrative applications for health care users as well as clinical applications that integrate with EMRs. She has continued to lead IT initiatives for the last 20 years, becoming an expert in PHI and healthcare compliance.

Currently, at DoseSpot, Kalpana is responsible for steering technology operations and security initiatives, including SOC2 and incident management. She acts as an integrator and collaborator across all business units.

When she is not working, you can find Kalpana expressing her creativity through choreography and teaching traditional Indian dance or giving back to organizations supporting the visually impaired. She also enjoys cooking for her family who loves to eat!

Kalpana resides in the Boston area with her husband, three children (two at home, and one who is a working college graduate in NYC), and their pet mini golden doodle, Aura.
