Paul Harvey

Paul has spent the entirety of his 20-year career in Technical Support. Starting with on-site support after graduating with a technical degree out of Mass Bay College, through his current role as Director of Support and Integration. He cares about people and has focused on putting himself in positions to help and problem-solve through technology.

Paul’s drive to deliver world-class support started at Thermo Fisher Scientific where he spent more than 15 years actively listening and developing processes to better handle customer needs. He helped create plans to drive growth, expand support, and become leaders in the support space.

In 2020, Paul joined the DoseSpot team as Director of Support and continues to build and evolve a support model that focuses on timely responses, seamless software integrations, and the development of dedicated and passionate team members who work together to support clients at all levels.

Paul lives in Massachusetts with his wife and daughter where they spend time walking the local trails or exploring historic Boston. Personal time is split between playing the local golf courses or joining friends in a few rounds of online gaming.
