Sarah Farrar

Sarah is a strategic team builder who is passionate about the full lifecycle of human resources and people operations.  She takes pride in attracting the right talent, engaging with all teams, and developing every DoseSpotter.

Having worked across various industries, such as technology, promotional products, automotive, and government, Sarah leverages years of HR knowledge to maximize the employee experience while ensuring business goals are met.

Sarah graduated magna cum laude from Framingham State University in Economics and earned a Master of Science with the highest distinction in Management from Lasell College.

Originally from Texas, Sarah has lived in over seven states and now resides in Boston with her partner and cat, Tigger. She is an avid beach volleyball player and enthusiastic about traveling. She has even been shark-diving in both the Pacific and the Atlantic oceans.
