1. Meet Your Team

You will work with a dedicated Integration and Implementation Specialist to ensure a seamless process. Your team at DoseSpot will create a full project plan alignment, including implementation timing, training, and documentation to set you up for success.

2. Integrate DoseSpot

Full Integration gives you access to over 250 DoseSpot API calls. Our documentation outlines all services available for sending and retrieving demographics, medications, allergies, and more all within your own screens!

3. Customize Your Spot

Make DoseSpot completely your own! Full Integration works within your native screens, allowing your healthcare organization a completely customizable ePrescribing platform. Create screens and workflows from scratch while connecting to the DoseSpot API.

4. Get Certified

Together we finalize all documentation, perform a final integration review, and complete required Surescripts, Drummond, and ONC approvals and certifications, including EPCS, when necessary. Your DoseSpot team assists you before, during, and after certification to set you up for success.

5. Takeoff!

Add your providers, patients and start writing prescriptions! After takeoff, you are assigned a dedicated Account Manager as well as a Technical Resource to help with account questions, escalation of support cases, new product releases, and any product changes/upgrades.
